This site collects only what you deliberately give it — a contact
form you submit, or a call or text to (208) 656-1438 — and uses it for exactly one
purpose: responding to you. It sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and sells your
information to nobody, ever. The details below are the whole policy.
What is collected
- The contact form: name, email and/or phone, where you are in the process, and your message. Submitting it stores that information in our customer records system so a real person can call or email you back about your inquiry.
- Calls and texts: calls to (208) 656-1438 may be forwarded; if a call isn't answered you can leave a voicemail, which is recorded so it can be returned. Texts to that number are relayed to the site's operator so he can reply.
- Nothing passive: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Standard server logs (IP address, page requested) exist at our hosting provider, Cloudflare, as with essentially every website.
What happens with it
- It is used to respond to you and to remember the conversation if you come back.
- If you ask for builder introductions, your inquiry is shared with the specific builders involved — that is the point of asking, and it happens with your knowledge.
- It is never sold, rented, or added to marketing lists, and you will not receive automated marketing texts from this site.

Want your information corrected or deleted? Call or text (208) 656-1438 and say so — it will be done, and you'll be told when it is. This policy changes only with a new effective date at the top of this page.
